Vision Works Publishing products limited to Electronic Books, Books, CDs, DVDs and Manuals have a Thirty (30) Day Money Back Guarantee. Any products that are returned for a refund must be in the original condition. Non physical products such as, but not limited to, Electronic Books, MP3 Files and all other Copyrighted Material must be deleted within 7 days from the refund request. Vision Works Publishing will replace damaged products. Shipping/Handling on all orders is nonrefundable. The Client is responsible for all Shipping/Handling on any returned products and/or materials. VWP will not reimburse the Client for these fees.
